WHY ANSWERS ARE RELIABLE

How We Keep This FAQ Accurate

An FAQ is only useful if the answers match what the platform actually does. Here is what we do to keep this page honest and current for every account-holder in Pakistan.

Written by the operator team

Every answer on this page is written by the same team that configures the payment flows and account rules — not sourced from a third-party content bank.

Updated when the platform changes

When a deposit flow, verification step or support channel changes, we update the relevant FAQ answer before the change goes live so you are never reading stale instructions.

Local payment accuracy

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast steps are tested against live account flows. If a confirmation screen changes on those apps, we reflect it here promptly.

No invented figures

We do not quote processing times, limits or percentages we cannot stand behind. Where a number varies, we say so rather than printing a figure that misleads you.

How We Have Organised These FAQs

We grouped the questions the way a real account-holder would think about them — not by internal categories, but by the moments you actually hit a snag. Deposit not showing? Account locked on a new device? Withdrawal sitting in pending? Each answer below walks through the actual step, not a pointer to somewhere else. Where local payment rails are involved — JazzCash,

Easypaisa, Raast — we describe the exact confirmation flow so you know what to expect at each stage. Availability depends on local law and eligible regions, so some features may vary. If your question is not on this page, our support team is reachable through the channels listed further down. We keep these answers updated whenever the account or payment flow changes,

so the information you are reading reflects how the platform works right now.

Frequently Asked Questions on 999f

These are the questions that come through most often. Read through the full answer before contacting support — most account situations are resolved here without needing to wait for a reply.

Go to the Deposit section in your account, select JazzCash or Easypaisa, and you will see an account number to send the funds to. Open your JazzCash or Easypaisa app, initiate a transfer to that number, confirm with your PIN, then return to 999f and enter the transaction reference. Your wallet balance updates once the reference is matched.

Raast is Pakistan's direct interbank payment system. Select Raast in the Deposit section, copy the provided IBAN or payment ID, open your bank app, and send from your linked account. Raast transfers typically settle bank-to-bank; once confirmed on our end your account balance reflects the amount.

This usually means the transaction reference was not submitted or did not match. Open your JazzCash transaction history, copy the exact reference number, go to Deposit History in your account, and use the 'Submit Reference' option. If the balance still does not update within a reasonable time, contact live chat with that reference number ready.

Open 999f in your new phone's browser, enter your registered mobile number and password. If your account has OTP verification enabled, the one-time code will be sent to your registered number — enter it to confirm the new device. Your account history, wallet balance and active rounds carry over automatically.

Before your first withdrawal, account verification is required. Upload a clear image of your national identity document through the Verification section. Once approved, withdrawals are processed to the same wallet or bank account you used to deposit. This matching requirement is a security step and cannot be bypassed.

Access depends on local law and whether your region is an eligible area. 999f is built for the Pakistan mobile market and the account interface, JazzCash deposit flow and support are all in English for Pakistan. Check the eligibility note in the registration flow for the current supported region detail.
